Waitlist Deposit

Place a non-refundable deposit to join the waitlist. With a $200 waitlist deposit you will be placed in line for a litter selection. When a litter is announced (i.e. A particular Dam is confirmed to be pregnant) we will start taking litter deposits of an additional $600 going in order of the waitlist. This will reserve your place in line for selecting a puppy of a particular litter. Puppy selections will begin at 3 weeks old in order of the litter deposits placed. This can be either an in person session or a facetime call. Upon selection of a particular puppy a final deposit of $200 ($1000 total) is necessary to confirm your puppy selection. This puppy will be yours, and will be posted on all of our social media as such, including tags.

Goldendoodle Waitlist Details

By placing the $200 waitlist deposit you are agreeing to a non-refundable but transferable or delayable at your discretion. However, once a litter deposit is paid ($600) it is no longer transferable or delayable. Failure to place an entire payment for a puppy would forfeit the deposit as a fee to re-home the puppy. The remaining amount of the total price, which will be announced at the time of a litter announcement, will be due upon puppy pick-up. Cash or Cashiers Checks is requested. If a travel nanny is to be utilized, the buyer will arrange (with our help) the details of such pickup. Payment will be required 2 weeks prior to pick up in such scenarios.

For our distance families, we have referrals upon request to verify our commitment and integrity to your future family member. You will see your puppy multiple times in all of our social media posts and once reserved, they will always be tagged to you.

Return and Refund Policy

We are a zero refund company. All of our stages of payments are set at a time at which the funds used to hold your spot are preventing others from moving forward.

After a puppy is received, our return policy is a zero refund. However, we require all puppies to be returned to us if they are not going to be kept. We strive to place every one of our dogs in a forever home, and that includes puppies that have already left our home. If we are able to receive a rehoming fee for the dog, we would be willing to forward 25% of any funds received. And yes, we have people already interested in this scenario.
