Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with a puppy?
All of our puppies will have received a health check from a licensed veterinarian. This includes their first vaccination and deworming. All of our puppies come with a 2-year genetic health warranty as our parents will always have been checked for genetic health issues as well.
Upon transferring a puppy we will provide a re-homing kit which includes a portion of their puppy blanket, a zip-lock bag of food to adjust your puppy to your desired brand of food, and vet records.
What is NOT included with a puppy?
We offer to meet families at our closest major airport the day they are ready. This is an extended trip for us, but we know it is really helpful for families that want to fly in themselves. Unfortunately, alterations to these plans may require additional costs.
While we strive to provide accurate estimates on size, coat type, and color, there are some things that are just out of our hands. Genetics can be unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee exact adult size or coat characteristics.
When will you have a puppy available?
Check our Available Puppies page for current litters and our Planned Litters page for upcoming breedings. We typically have multiple litters throughout the year. Join our waitlist to be first in line when new puppies arrive.
How does the waitlist and puppy deposit work?
Our waitlist to puppy process occurs in a three-staged approach. Each stage requires a financial commitment to confirm and reserve your puppy.
1st: A $200 deposit is placed to be the next family in line for one of our Goldendoodles. All parties listed on our waitlist are in line for a puppy selection. Their preferences will be listed, however, we will still grant them an opportunity with each litter announcement.
2nd: A litter announcement spurs a round through the waitlist for a litter deposit. This is an additional $500 for each party in order of deposit for a particular puppy. The number of slots will be determined by our best judgement. This process closes just after the litter is born.
3rd: The puppy selection. This begins at 3 weeks of age in order of the puppy deposit. After selecting one of our available puppies a final $300 deposit (for a total of $1,000) is necessary to show your selection of your future dog. Once a puppy is selected, any withdrawal from the process will forfeit all deposits as a fee for re-homing the puppy with another family.
How is the final price determined?
The final price of each puppy is determined by their generation, size, coat type, and color. Our puppies typically range from $3,000 to $4,500. Your total deposits ($1,000) are applied toward the purchase price. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
Do you work with Travel Nannies?
Yes! For families that can't travel to pick up their puppy in person, we work with trusted travel nannies who can deliver your puppy safely to your nearest airport. This is a separate service with its own costs, but we can help coordinate everything for you.
Who raises the puppies?
We are a zero-kennel breeder. Our mommas are family pets — they live in our home or with our trained guardian families. Puppies are raised in a home environment with daily handling, socialization with children and adults, and early neurological stimulation. This means your puppy comes to you already comfortable with household sights, sounds, and routines.
How do I pick up my puppy?
Puppies are typically ready to go home at 8 weeks old. You can pick up your puppy in person at our location in St. George, Utah, or we can meet you at a nearby airport. We also work with travel nanny services for families further away. We'll coordinate the details with you once your puppy is selected.
