This confirms your selection of a puppy and should only be used when in direct contact with Spencer & Natalie. The base amount will be subtracted from the total amount communicated to you. This includes $30 in PayPal fees. Please fill out a puppy application and notate which puppy you are reserving if you haven't already been in contact with us.
